Carol Jane (Bond) Hatch, age 82 of Murrieta California , departed August 2nd, 2021 at home in Murrieta. Survived by husband Stephen Edward Hatch, 5 children: Stephen Hatch Jr., Victoria (Hatch) Wood, Linda (Hatch) Krebs, Keith Hatch, Kevin Hatch, 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 3 sisters: Marilyn (Bond) Weil, Barbara (Bond) Lucas, Betty (Bond) Colby, numerous beloved extended family members and friends.

In her honor there will be a viewing tribute, on Thursday August 12, 2021 at O'Connor Mortuary located at 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, California 92653 anytime between 2:00pm – 4:00pm followed by a graveside service and interment the next day, Friday August 13, 2021 at El Toro Memorial Park located at 25751 Trabuco Road, Lake Forest, California 92630 promptly at 10:00am.

Carol was born in the year 1939 to Mildred (Jane) and Ernest (Gene) Bond, followed by three younger sisters: Marilyn, Barbara and Betty. She attended Valley College, earning an associate's degree. Married husband (of 61 years) Stephen Hatch in 1960. Their union was blessed with a lifetime of love. Young adult life brought her five children; Stephen Jr., Victoria, Linda, Keith and Kevin. In the 1970's her joys and fulfillment were found in child raising, homemaking, camping, and Girl Scout Leadership. A later professional career brought her success in the payroll industry and the family business of lighting & electrical. Retirement was a bounty of travel & adventure. Some of her fondest trips were trailer travel from coast-to-coast and Canada. Other adventures include Europe and many cruise ship voyages.

Carol leaves a legacy of an adoring husband, cherished children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other beloved family and friends. We will miss deeply her quick-witted sense of humor, loving heart and tender kindness to all.
