Carol Ann Frazier 63 died Wednesday, July 20, 2005. Beloved Mother of Alicia Magnin and Scott Frazier. Loving Sister of JoAnn Lee. Loving Grandmother to two Grandkids. Celebration of Life Friday, July 29, 2005 ~ 3:00P.M. at ‘Samsons Overview Gazeebo’ overlooking the Harbor at the end of ‘the Street of the Blue Lantern’ in Dana Point, CA. 34343 Street of the Blue Lantern, Dana Point, CA 92629. Private Interment.

I have very fond memories of Carol. She was like a second mother to me. Carol was a very giving and loving person.
Just recently she helped me with the greiving for my own mother, who passed away in February.
My sincere sympathies to her family.
Carol will be deeply missed.

This has been very hard for me! I worked with Carol for many years, we shared the same office and lots of great memories and conversations we had often. I miss her every day at work. She was a great person and a mother figured to alot of people. I will always remembered, last time i saw her, she told me i was like her daughter. I shared my pain with the family.

I knew Carol for a only a short time, six months, but in those six months I came to know Carol as a wonderful lady who cared about people. She made me to feel welcome to the banquet team at the Sutton Place Hotel. She cared so very much about the hotel and especially the people she worked with. I will miss Carol very much.

Carol is a wonderful and beautiful lady. I have only worked with her for a few months, but she taught me that “everything is going to be alright”. She will be missed very much!
