Carmine Charles Alopari, 81 of Cypress, California, a retired Procurement Manager and fabulous cook, died Monday, May 30, 2005. He is survived by his sons, Steven Alopari of Westminster; Anthony Alopari of Cypress; his four daughters, Susan DiPisa of New Jersey; Diane Pruitt of Florida; Renee Mulcahy of Rancho Santa Margarita; Monique Stickle of Mision Viejo; his sister, Josephine Caravana of Mission Viejo and nine grandchildren.
