Carmen T. Rizzo, 89, was born January 14, 1922 and passed away June 16, 2011 in Lake Forest, CA. Carmen was National Merchandising Manager for McKesson and President of the Italian Columbo Club.

Carmen is survived by his son Carmen, Jr.; daughters Annette, Linda and Beverly; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Carmen was preceded in death by his wife Mary and daughter Angela.

The rosary will be said on Monday, June 20, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at O'Connor Mortuary, Laguna Hills, CA. A Funeral Mass will take place June 21, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Laguna Woods. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, Lake Forest, CA.
