Obituary

Carl L. Kniza of San Juan Capistrano passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and friends on Sunday, August 23, 2015.

Carl was born Saturday, April 25, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Ewald and Teresa Kniza.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 61 years, Lois Marie Kniza; his beloved nieces and nephew Cindy, Tom and Pam; and brother and sister-in-law, George and Joy Mitchell.

Carl was a very loving, generous man who had a smile for everyone he met. He was a member of the South Coast Christian Assembly Church located in San Juan Capistrano and a member of the Early Ford V-8 Club and the Thunderbird Orange Circle, Orange County California Club for 30 years. Carl was deeply loved and will be sorely missed by all those that had the honor of knowing him.

Carl’s hobby was restoring antique cars and he was also an avid gardener with a beautiful rose garden.
