   Carl,

   You were the most positive influence on my life, and the guidance, teachings, love and memories you shared with me will never be forgotten and my goal in life will always be to make sure everything I do would have made you proud. I love you, I miss you, and I will always be there to love and protect Morgan. Thank you for loving me as a son and trusting me with the most important person in your life.

   Carl, was a good friend, a colleague and a mentor. He will be missed. Carl hosted my son a few years back in Ca. as my son was trying to meet people to break into the entertainment industry and I have never fogotten his caring nature and need for enjoying life.

   Will miss you bud.

   Carl taught me the meaning of pride, that it is not something to hide inside but rather something to stand up for. I am proud to call myself friend of Carl Peternell and will always stand up and be counted as a brother. In the structure that is Eater baseball Carl is the dining room table….that special thing that brings generations of family together. Carls physical presence shall be missed always but his spirit will live on forever in those that he touched and his name will always be spoken where ever Eater Baseball is spoken. I thank God for letting our paths cross and I ask him to bless you (extra) for all the kindness you reigned down on us all.
