Obituary

Callan Justine Belser
October 5, 1988 – November 22, 2017

It is with great sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Callan Justine Belser, the beloved daughter of Vince & Judy (Nichols) (D. April 2009).

Justine broke free from the confinement of her paralysis almost four years after a brave journey following a car crash.

We will be forever grateful for the love and support received from family, friends, neighbors, amazing and loving caregivers, doctors and health care support workers.

Justine leaves behind in sadness her loving father Vince; grandpa Nick; aunties Kathy (Hank) and Rianne (Tracy); uncles Ken, Greg (Cyndy), John (Karen), Bill (Liz), and Kerry; and cousins Katie, John, Derby, Wills, Natalie and Katie. Justine loved her family and extended family of friends deeply.

She was intelligent and a proud So Cal girl – a gifted athlete who excelled at softball and soccer. Justine was always up for a challenge whether it be snowboarding, horse riding or cross fit. There wasn’t an animal Justine didn’t love or want to bring home. She is survived by her loyal companion, Snickers.

Visitations will be in the O’Connor Mortuary Gathering Room:
Friday, December 1, 2017, 7:00-9:00 PM and
Sunday, December 3, 2017, 2:00-4:00 PM

A celebration of life will follow on Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 2:00 – 5:00 PM at the Mission Viejo Swim & Racquet Club, 26221 Tierra Circle, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
