Obituary

Bruce Edward Houghton of Lake Forest, died Friday, May 21, 2021 after a brief illness at the age of 59.

Bruce was born on November 10, 1961 in Inglewood to Edward Stearl Houghton and Diane Leah Lokenvitz. He grew up in Fullerton moving to Lake Forest in 1977. He worked in both the Restaurant industry and the Book Selling industry.

He was an avid music fan and created a demo cd under his briefly lived band “Sad Circus.” His favorite holiday was Halloween, he loved reading and watching television.

He was preceded in death by his parents, uncle Hal Graves and cousin Tricia Scott.

He leaves behind: two sisters Mia Houghton and Michele Risteen; nephew Robert Risteen; brother-in-law Andrew Risteen; aunt Connie Graves; and cousin Todd Graves.

Private funeral will be held graveside at El Toro Memorial Park on May 26, 2021. Arrangements from O’Connor Mortuary of Laguna Hills.
