Beverly Fountain Turner
August 23, 1928 – July 1, 2024

Beverly Fountain Turner passed away peacefully on July 1, 2024, surrounded by her loving children, Janet Martin, Nancy Rozan, and Michael Turner. She was just two months shy of her 96th birthday. Beverly was beloved by all who knew her. She was a loving grandmother to Laura Martin (Jesse Cromwell), and Ryan Rozan, and she found immense joy in her great-granddaughters, Alice Martin Cromwell and Lucy Martin Cromwell. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 70 years, Richard Paul Turner, her sister, Aline Fountain, and her parents, Ruth and William “Jenks” Fountain.

Beverly was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and attended private schools in Montreat, NC, and Montverde, FL. During high school, she was an active sportswoman and lettered in track. Shortly after relocating to Los Angeles, CA, she met and married Richard. Beverly was a devoted daughter, wife, and mother. She instilled the value of caring for others in her children by participating in charitable organizations. She was a wonderful hostess and an excellent cook. She completed her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Santa Monica Community College. Beverly enjoyed participating in photography expeditions and cruises with Richard, and she had her photographs published in his photojournalism articles.

Funeral arrangements are with O’Connor Mortuary. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM on July 23, 2024, at El Toro Memorial Park, Lake Forest, CA, officiated by Rev. Janet Cromwell.
