My condolences to Betty Lew”s family. She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and a special friend.

In August of 2000, I met Betty while working at Eiki International. We quickly became friends and were emotionally supportive of each other. We both valued our families very much. We related so well to each other because we were mothers and loved our children and grandchildren so much. I will miss her and will hold on to the wonderful memories that were made over the years.

As time passes, I hope that her family will find peace in Betty’s passing.

My family first met Betty Lew 32 years ago when we moved here as her neighbors. Our kids were young. We talked a lot. We bought and sold Girl Scout cookies together. We shared thoughts as our families grew up next to each other. I admired how close she stayed with all of her family members. She was a sweet friend who I was so happy to have close by. One of the last things she did was prepare the Christmas gift we always exchanged. She cared about others. We all will miss her so much.

    Sending our love,
    Mary Class and family

    Dear Lance,

My sincere condolences to you and your loved ones, to Betty Lew’s extended family – her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Through out the twenty some years that I’ve known her, all she ever talked about was her children and grand children, then her great grandchildren. She was a kind-hearted person that always cared for others, especially her family. Her family was her life, and it’s shown through everything she did. I will miss her dearly, and will treasure the memories we shared through the years.

May god grant you and your loved ones peace and strength to get through this sad time.

  4. Luis Leon says:

When my father moved to this neighborhood many years ago, Betty and her family were one of his first true friends here. With those same open arms they accepted my mother and I as well. Opening her home to kids in the summers and giving gifts every Christmas to neighboring families as well. She was always independent and would give 110% into anything she did. Our condolences for the Lew family and their loss. She made this neighborhood a better place, as a mother, grandmother, and friend.

    Warmest Regards,

    The Leon Family
