Please accept our condolences in the loss of your Mother. I worked with your Dad many times on the road for Sundstrand and knew him several years before that. One of the last experiences was in Portland, OR around 1980. He was late arriving by a day due to his appearance with all of you on “Family Feud”. I communicated with BJ for several years while your Dad was sick and finally got to meet her in Rockford at an open house at Rene’s brother’s house. She was a wonderful lady as was your Dad, a fine worker and friend. You can always be proud of them both. Our sympathy is with your families at this time.

I was sorry to hear of BJ’s passing. She and “Frenchie” hold a special place in my heart. I worked with Frenchie at White Sundstrand Machine tool for 10 years. We visited CA and dined with them a couple times. Their generosity made for a great time and fond memories. May your memories keep you strong.
