Betty always had the BEST Thanksgiving dinners ever! They were so good that I even insisted on coming to Betty’s for dinner when I was “past due” with Nicole (much to my doctor’s chagrin)! She always made us feel welcome and considered us part of her family. She had a heart that was filled with love for all! May she now rest in peace in our loving Lord’s arms. My love and condolences go out to her family. Betty Falls

  2. Betty was our other mother growing up. Our courageous and generous mothers single handedly raised 6 children, three from each mother. Our mothers had few pennies to share but we had the best times ever. We never knew we were poor. They kept us safe and provided a fun and loving time everytime we were together. We vacationed many times in Big Bear and Catalina.
Our mother preceeded Betty’s passing about 6 years ago. I like to think they are together with all our loved ones. I think often of Betty’s mother also. You are a wonderful family and I am happy we got to be part of your family. Someday we will all be together again. It will be different but it promises to be joyous! My sisters share the same sentiments and we are sad for your loss. Much love and prayers from Susan Geary Lewis.
