  3. We are so deeply saddened to hear the news of Art’s Passing. It came as a shock having just spent his Birthday with you all. I am so glad we had a chance to get to know him a little bit more that day. What a truly special man! It already isn’t feeling like the same neighborhood without him. I can still see him in my mind’s eye walking the little dog down the greenbelt just before sunrise, the silhouette of the two illuminated by the path lights… we would see him many mornings from our upstairs window and will miss seeing him around, very much.
Our prayers go out for your family, that God may comfort you in this time of sadness, and may the memories of the many good times you’ve shared stay close in your hearts forever. We send hugs to you and please know that we are thinking of you and are here as your neighbors, if we can help you all in any way.
    Love,

  5. Hello Pat and Christine:

I don’t know what made me check on Art but I found this. Saddened by the news even though it was several years ago.. I will always be grateful for your friendship when I was out there during Dad’s passing. I remember Art as a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor. Please know I am thinking of you.
