Arlene Montano's Obituary

Arlene Montano passed away on August 29, 2020. She was riding her bicycle with a group of people at Newport Beach strand and she had a massive heart attack. She left behind three sisters, Bessie Montano Blazejewski, Agnes Montano, and Alethea Murray, three nephews, Curtis Montano, Franco Montano, and Errol Montano, and two nieces, Michele Montano and Josielene Montilla-Coyle. Arlene Montano was a successful businesswoman that owned Montano Brokerage Insurance Inc. She provided a wide range of insurance products to Los Angeles County employees, such as Los Angeles County Sheriffs, and Los Angeles Police Dept. Los Angeles Fire Dept. Hospitals, just to name a few.

Arlene was a very happy person, she had an infectious laugh and when she walked into the room she lit up the room with her presence. Arlene traveled the world and was very adventurous. She loved to snow ski, and scuba dive, sky dive, hike, and was even learning how to fly a plane.

Arlene Montano was never married; she never found the right person to marry that can handle her success and strong personality. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She was very giving and loving. We will miss her tremendously. Holiday gatherings will never be the same without her. She was the adhesive of the family. Arlene Montano will be remembered as a successful businesswoman that was full of life and had a heart of gold. She will be greatly missed. We will cherish all our memories of her. Rest in peace Arlene Montano.
