I am very sad to know that my dear Uncle Tony has passed. He was a kind and gentle man. My fondest memories are when may dad and mom took us to Salinas to visit uncle Tony…He would take off his apron and go with us to Dennis the Menace Park. He and Dad could spend time together while we kids played.
He was a special person and will be missed by my family.
Love Gloria, Simon, Dominick, Daniel and Rachael

Uncle Tony,
You are and have always been a major force in our family’s life; from the old country to Pittsburgh PA and then California. As my uncle you always extended warmness and acknowledgement. In my youth you were a great inspiration and made me feel very special. In your later years you demonstrated great courage in how you dealt with your illness. You fought hard to the very end like the warrior that you are.
You leave behind an amazing legacy and wonderful family. Thank you for your contributions of family, love and courage. The void you leave is huge.
My heart is with you and your family. Tony, Emile, Kamel and Raymond I love you guys very much.
Johnny

To my dearest Uncle Tony and Family, as we laid you to rest I did feel your spiritual prescence when we came to pass our respects and final goodbyes to you. Your face showed that you were at peace and contentment.I bet you even played a hand of controling and guiding the good weather, and beautiful regal services , all went well, as your dear loving family & friends, from all sides all reunited in your journey to your final resting place your new home. A grassy green hilly view a peaceful and heavenly resting place between two trees. I want express personally my gratitude and special thanks to my sweet cousin Joann and loving daughter to Uncle Tony, and Uncles loving wife of 28 years my Auntie Nabihla, for working han in hand taking loving special care of you through the entire heart wrenchig process to comfort care, to my Uncles passing on October 27 2010 at 5:20 pm. My Dad came along and took your hands gently lifting you Uncle and guiding you to Gods hands at the gateway to heaven. “Guardian Angel” God knew your path as well as ours. I miss you all as I’m home and feeling sad and will keep your fatherly advise close to heart daily,as I’ll never to hear that lovely voice of encouragement and laughs.
I’m at peace to know we as my 1st cousins have reunited in the goodbyes. My children thought of you as there 2nd Grandpa. Brandon was enamored by your talks, and jokes and stories of his own Grandfather Abe. Uncle would tell Brandon continue your College education to the end,and you’ll be the finest Attorney around as you have heart and soul and commpassion toward people. Brandon will also remember “The Time Preference Theory” Uncle Tony had learned in college, as well as lifes lessons that ones own Grandpa would teach a Grandson. Tears and joy would be shared by those two during there visits.
Joann, I love you for planning and putting together a special loving Funeral Serivice and taking charge in a very heart wrenching and tearful loss of your dear Dad. God will bless you with love and protecton we will be thought of by me everyday little cuz. Rhonda a loving daughter very supportive and strong thank you cuz.

My thoughts and Prayers go out to Tony’s family! I knew Tony as a young girl on up! I will always remember that beautiful smile as he welcomed us into his store… and once you were in the store.. you felt a part of his wonderful family! Such Grace and dignity was what I remember most, and he passed those qualities on down to his sons. God speed Tony! Your Kind heart, your Graciousness, and that beautiful smile will live on forever through your children and grandchildren.
