  1. AJ has been a friend of mine and LAB’s for over 24 years. We had supper most recently and did so on several ocasions. His presence was as stong as his knowledge and his frame..Bill,Gerry,Leonard,AJ What a team. Appropriately he will play Center. The man was brilliant and will be missed.

  2. I was fortunate to meet AJ at a lock collectors meeting in the US a few years ago, while we spoke only briefly I am saddened and shocked to hear of his sudden passing. My thoughts are with his family.

I never met A. J. in person, but he was always willing to help me by answering questions and providing guidance. He will be deeply missed.

  4. I was quite shocked upon hearing of A.J’s untimely passing last Sunday. A.J. and I go back some twenty plus years in the Locksmith industry, as well as being fellow lock collectors. I was in touch with him via email on a weekly basis. There was never a lock related problem too tough for him to answer, and he always answered it with pure accuracy and kindness! To say he’ll be missed just doesn’t say enough; I still can’t believe he is not with us anymore. To his beautiful wife Vivian…I am truly sorry for your loss. A.J….if you’re reading this…and something tells me you are…I never properly thanked you for all your help in so many ways. So here’s to you A.J….THANK YOU! May we meet up again someday,

    Respectfully Yours,
    Richie Sommers
