Anthony “Tony” Hardridge passed away on August 15, 2025. Born on July 31, 1962, Tony was best known for his dedication to training others in weightlifting and powerlifting. The gym was where he spent most of his life, surrounded by friends who became like family. Being a personal trainer brought him purpose and joy.

Tony is survived by his four children: Michael Anthony Hardridge, Morgan Alexandra Moore, Dain Austin Hardridge, and Trey Devaughn Hardridge. He is also survived by seven grandchildren who adored their Papa Tony: Josephine Hardridge, Jaylen Moore, Londynn Moore, Maylani Moore, Lilly Hardridge, Maggie Hardridge, and Scarlett Hardridge.

He is also survived by his mother, Doris Hardridge, who remained one of his greatest supporters and closest friends throughout his life.

Tony was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Hardridge.

He was deeply loved by his family, his gym community, and every person he encouraged and believed in. His presence and loyalty will be remembered always.
