  1. Dearest Cousins,

I am so sorry not to be with you. I am thinking of you constantly today. I have so many wonderful memories, but I guess one of my favorites is sitting in the backseat of the car, sardine-packed, on the way to Aunt Lina and Uncle Mike’s house. Your Mother was so beautiful, and to top it off, she would serenade us right along with the hit parade of the day on the radio. I was particularly impressed by her effortless high C along with Frankie Valli on “Rag Doll”.

We are so lucky to have shared so much love and many wonderful experiences as a family.

I know you will miss her and I do too. I am so glad that I got to see her, even though it was for another sad occasion. I love you all.

    Joanne
