The service will be held on Saturday, February 15, at 10:00 A.M. at Saddleback Church, 1 Saddleback Pkwy, Lake Forest, CA 92630, in the Plaza Room. Please RSVP to Anita’s sister,

Immediately after, there will be a reception, upstairs on the terrace.

And for those who would like to contribute, there will be an opportunity for a small potluck, in the Hawaiian style. Please mention it in the response to Tina.

We have set up an account in the name of “Dreamspirit in memorial of Anita McDonald” at Schools First Credit Union, for supporting those who help the homeless community. Tina has the details on how to contribute.

If you would like to share memories of Anita, there will be time at the end of the ceremony, and during the reception. Please inform Tina in your response.

  2. Dear Anita,

I am so sorry that I never told you enough how thankful I am to have you as a friend! You were always there for me, no matter what, through good times and bad. You were the most selfless person I have ever known. You were funny, kind, generous and so thoughtful. We had some fun times that I will cherish. You are truly missed and will always hold a very special place in my heart. XOXO

  5. I worked with Anita at the District. I will never forget Anita’s kindness, her genuine enthusiasm for life, or her friendliness to all. Regardless of how her day was going, Anita never faltered; she had a smile for everyone, every single day. Anita had a generous spirit and was well known for bringing in Starbuck’s coffee and goodies on a regular basis. She often mentioned her good looking son, Daniel, and Brandi, the family dog.
Anita’s artistic side was phenomenal. She had a knack of using graphics in such a fine way.

I am truly sorry for the loss of such a beautiful lady.
