Anita was a faithful and devoted member of the Secular Franciscan Order – her 60th anniversary this year!. Always willing to serve. Whether it was as our Fraternity Treasurer, cooking up a delicacy for a meeting (large or small), or how to lovingly care for her sister, Gloria even when it was difficult, Anita’s cheerful smile and sweet words were always there. Your fraternity brothers and sisters at San Juan Capistrano will miss you very much. Rest in peace Anita, your work is done, the rest is up to us. Peace,
    Tom Cooney, OFS
