Alphonse De Groote, 79, was born February 10, 1927 in Belgium and passed away June 1, 2006 in Mission Viejo, California. A Gardener for the City of Laguna Beach for 25 years, Alphonse is survived by his wife, Madeleine; daughter, Michelle Luzar; sons, Steve and Chris De Groote and 6 grandchildren.
