   With deepest sympathy to the HERNANDEZ family. I knew Bino thru my husband OSCAR O’LEAR. THEY WORKED TOGETHER OFF AND ON FOR YEARS AND WAS A FOND FRIEND. 😥

   Tender condolences to your beloved family! In 1992 Bino –became a friend & ally, as he led my defense in a broadly publicized ” retaliation” case filed against me for reporting sexual harassment within the LAPD. Bino led the case with dedication, understanding and a voracious determination to expose the truth. He was critical in the eventual successful victory that historically changed the LAPD’s policies regarding reporting this misconduct and forcing the LAPD to update their training policy and practices! RIP BINO–

   Damn. I just found out when my Christmas card came back to me. God bless you Bino. A good, generous, big hearted man with a deep voice and unforgettable laugh. Loved Christmas, always had a big flocked tree and played endless Christmas music. I will never forget you and will be eternally thankful for everything you did for us. Rest In Peace I will miss you.
