IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Aaron
Green
November 9, 1974 – January 23, 2025
Aaron Adam Green, born in Eugene, Oregon in 1974, departed peacefully on January 23, 2025 at age 50. He graduated from North Eugene High School in 1993. Then he proudly served in the US Air Force, where he started his IT career as a Network Administrator. In line with Aaron's adventurous nature, he lived in several places including Hawaii, Alaska, Italy, Colorado and California.
In his daily life, Aaron had a thirst for knowledge and would research rather than have the answers given to him. He embraced curiosity and enjoyed a good debate. While working full time and raising a newborn, Aaron earned his Associates degree, displaying his commitment to personal growth and education.
Aaron loved his family dearly. He was most devoted to his wife and love of his life, Ngoc Quynh, and his children Sarah, Lilah and Tristan. In his eyes, they were his entire world. He was always kind, generous and supportive in all the roles that he played – as a son, grandson, husband, father, brother, nephew, fun uncle and friend to so many. At the office, Aaron was known as a superstar database administrator. His talent and work ethic were valued by many who worked with him.
Aaron never passed up an opportunity to try something new. Home renovations, travel, astronomy, cosmology, music, movies, photography and guitar were some of his hobbies. Aaron loved University of Oregon; and he was incredibly proud when Sarah became a Duck. Picture Aaron on Chat with Sarah during a football game. The father-daughter bond was quite heartwarming. He ensured to be present and cheered during Sarah's and Lilah's aerial arts and dance performances. In the most recent years, his favorite activities were spending time with his family and riding his motorcycle when possible.
There is now a void in our family's lives that cannot be filled. At the same time, we know that Aaron is no longer in pain. He aggressively and relentlessly fought the cancer. He bravely tried every treatment and clinical trial that were offered to him. We will have fond memories of Aaron and know that he had important impact in our lives. May his positive spirit and sense of humor live on in all of us.
We invite you to Aaron's celebration of life at O'Connor Mortuary in Laguna Hills, CA on April 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please consider contributing toward Aaron's daughters' education. All funds will be divided equally between Sarah and Lilah.
