Aaron David Forrest Faulk was born June 1, 1980 and died on March 20, 2014. He is survived by his father and step-mother, John & Sheryl Faulk; siblings Danielle (Mark) Levitan, Brandon (Brooke) Roberts, Carissa (Matt) Biss, and Shannon (Chad) Hahn; nine nieces and nephews, Caden, Mackenzie, Cooper, Logan, Wyatt, Dylan, Lily, Cohen and Drew; and his dogs, Stella and Sue.

Memorial Service will be at 11:00am on Friday, March 28 at The Crossing Church, 2115 Newport Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA 92627.
