Erika knew from an early age that she wanted to live a life that served people in challenging times. A student athlete for 16 years, Erika was an avid swimmer and was recruited by the University of Northern Colorado where she majored in Criminal Justice, seeing an avenue there for helping victims and families. When she heard about an opportunity to work at a funeral home she jumped at it feeling that this was a perfect fit for her passion.

Full of energy, Erika likes to stay active with yoga, scuba diving, and spending time at the beach with her sisters.

Every day she tries to live by the quote, “Listen to understand, don’t listen to respond.” She believes in the power of presence and that listening can bring more comfort than words. We are so grateful she is on our team.
